It’s been a busy month. To think, exactly one month ago today I was making my way to a music festival & this past weekend we spent time at the mom-in-laws ranch in Santa Ynez for a little mother’s day wine tasting action. Because we are always on the go in the summer, I like to keep my packing super light & easy which is why I instantly snatched up this shirt dress from Express. I love this dress because not only did it not wrinkle on the 2 hour drive up to the ranch, but it was easy to transition into the cool summer evening by tossing a denim jacket over it.
It’s been almost a year since I’ve been able to wear my favorite wardrobe staple and since things are starting to heat up around Los Angeles, I can finally bust out {…wait for it…} leather shorts! When 7 For All Mankind wanted to see how I like to style these leather-like shorts, the opportunities were endless!
It’s one of our last days in Cozumel and I am really starting to get why locals refer to it as “Cozumellow.” It was a bit of a challenge to unwind, turn off cell phones and unplug from the online world and now, just as we are about to leave this beautiful place, I am finally starting to feel mellowed out. I wish we could stay for another week, but it’s time to get home to our puppies!
