Best of Three

 We visited the Girl & The Goat while we were in Chicago and I sipped on their “Best of Three” and I loved it so much that I thought I would share the recipe! I usually drink Pimm’s with Sprite or Ginger Ale but according to their website they add vodka and use lime juice. Of course, this isn’t the exact recipe they served me so I had to tweak it a bit :::

Pimm’s No. 1

Tito’s Vodka

Fresh Lime Juice

Cucumber

    Yay!! I love Girl and the Goat!! Such an amazing chicago restaurant. Thanks for sharing their cocktail… sounds similar to a Moscow Mule, give that a try!
