I have a major obsession with color blocking so I chose to style my blue Lulu’s Peplum top with a bright yellow skirt from H&M. The white, neutral BCBG necklace gave the look the extra punch it needed and with so much going on, I decided to make a clean choice on the shoes and back and stick to basic black.
